Enough has been spent with no results

2.

4/3/2008 3:28:00 PM

Drainage is key to healthty turf and playability.

3.

4/3/2008 3:59:00 PM

lets get things in top condition

4.

4/3/2008 4:43:00 PM

leave up to grounds keeper. Costs a factor

5.

4/3/2008 5:01:00 PM

Lack of proper drainage is in my opinion the number one problem with our course.

6.

4/3/2008 6:06:00 PM

We have spent big bucks on drainage to no avail--Close thecours when it is too wet!

7.

4/3/2008 9:28:00 PM

In the past, we have spend a good deal on drainage projects with sometimes minimal success. Only if doing these projects were absolutely guaranteed to be sucessful. We play almost every day on our course, losing a couple to drainage issues is not the end of my world.

8.

4/3/2008 10:33:00 PM

In house

9.

4/4/2008 2:31:00 AM

We have spent many thousands on this already!

10.

4/4/2008 2:48:00 PM

I play on a limited basis and after rain I have found fair conditions, could be that I've not expereinced enough golf to strongly favor.

11.

4/4/2008 4:41:00 PM

next highest priority to greens

12.

4/4/2008 6:46:00 PM

sorely needed

13.

4/5/2008 1:24:00 AM

I don't have drainage knowledge so lets make sure all these holes really need it.

14.

4/6/2008 12:27:00 AM

This would require Community Improvement funds since it is identified as a new asset and capital improvement

15.

4/6/2008 2:34:00 AM

More important, replace at least top two feet of soil. What we have now is rocks and clay.

16.

4/6/2008 3:04:00 AM

Can only help course playability.

17.

4/6/2008 6:27:00 AM

These are the kind of fixes we need to make the golf course more playable during the long, wet, winter months.

18.

4/6/2008 11:51:00 PM

Hole 10 has already been done at some cost. If the choles are too wet close the hole.

19.

4/6/2008 11:00:00 PM

If the soil was not clay, it probably wouldn't be a problem!

20.

4/9/2008 6:03:00 PM

Extensive comments. Refer to original.

21.

4/9/2008 6:19:00 PM

Restrict play following heavy rains to allow normal drainage.

22.

4/10/2008 7:26:00 PM

My concern is that this is a LARGE expsnes, and it hasn't seemed to help on #10

23.

4/10/2008 8:35:00 PM

Trouble area #10 fairway next to new 13 tee

24.

4/11/2008 11:01:00 PM

Very important!

25.

4/13/2008 3:01:00 AM

some where between runoff and storm drainage would be the best so we dont under size it today and regret it tomorrow

26.

4/14/2008 7:21:00 PM

course manager should decide this

27.

4/15/2008 2:54:00 PM

I don't feel qualified to comment on this question

28.

4/15/2008 9:43:00 PM

Close the course if it is to wet to play.

29.

4/15/2008 11:44:00 PM

only the worst places

30.

4/16/2008 5:17:00 PM

It has been tried many times before with little improvement. It it would be done "right" I would be in favor of all the above mentioned holes

31.

4/16/2008 6:52:00 PM

#10 already has sucked up funds and not fixed the minor problem

32.

4/17/2008 1:25:00 AM

If #10's improvement is an example, why waste the money.

33.

4/17/2008 1:19:00 PM

May be costly, but is needed

34.

4/17/2008 10:33:00 PM

These should be RR

35.

4/18/2008 4:31:00 PM

Add hole #16 - In Favor

36.

4/19/2008 4:58:00 PM

We spent a lot of money on hole #10, and still cannot drive on it. Will this additional drainage allow carts on it?

37.

4/19/2008 5:32:00 PM

Depends on cost impact and downtime estimates

38.

4/19/2008 10:48:00 PM

Lots of $ already spent on #10.

39.

4/20/2008 3:41:00 AM

Why?

40.

4/20/2008 6:14:00 PM

assumes funding from all owners

41.

4/21/2008 1:20:00 AM

Drainage problems have already been addressed to no avail

42.

4/21/2008 4:37:00 PM

makes sense

43.

4/21/2008 7:28:00 PM

You did #10 and it did not work, what makes the new plan better?

44.

4/21/2008 11:19:00 PM

I know nothing about drainage

45.

4/21/2008 11:32:00 PM

I would take a proffessional opinion

46.

4/22/2008 6:49:00 PM

Need more information on costs and methods. Is this the same solution we tried on hole #10 several times before??

47.

4/22/2008 10:33:00 PM

Drainage is a serious problem every winter.

48.

4/22/2008 10:59:00 PM

as needed

49.

4/22/2008 11:08:00 PM

as needed

50.

4/22/2008 11:25:00 PM

make course more playable in the winter

51.

4/23/2008 4:02:00 AM

Previous improvements have not done the job. Why not?

52.

4/23/2008 5:14:00 AM

Draining #1, 10, and 15 didn't help

53.

4/23/2008 10:00:00 PM

Critical area that affects playability of existing course. Should be high priority. Hole order determined based on biggest proble areas. I do not know priority.

54.

4/23/2008 10:56:00 PM

Drainage is and has always been an issue here in the 15 years that I have been here. I have seen quite a few bandaids applied and I think the sooner we can cure the problem the better. Playability and health of the course is greatly affected by drainage issues.

55.

4/23/2008 11:19:00 PM

Draining 1, 10 & 15 didn't help at all.

56.

4/25/2008 2:37:00 PM

do not know what is in place now

57.

4/25/2008 8:55:00 PM

many $$ have been spent in past years with NO good results

58.

4/25/2008 10:02:00 PM

Improve as necessary.

59.

4/27/2008 3:49:00 AM

Since this has nothing to do with visual appeal and strategic challenge, I'm all for it. I favor actions that are needed, not niceties we WANT.

60.

4/27/2008 9:17:00 PM

Cost too much
