I do not favor adding, removing or rebuilding ANY bunkers,especially on a wholesale basis, unless it is done in conjunction with other work in the affected areas that is absolutely essential and funded from community reserves.

This entire section is impossible to answer simply. Most of the present traps are very poor and need much work. They have grossly inadequate amounts of sand. The huge lips, many of which overhang into the traps, should be REMOVED. I have no idea if the proposal would rectify the situation or not. That's why it is impossible to answer these questions with other than no opinion, although you can see, I do have very strong opinions.
