The meeting was called to order by Gerry Galvin

Chuck Murphey and Jim Knight.
3. Minutes: The minutes of the February meeting were
approved as amended. (vote)
4.
Reports:
Golf
Course Superintendent- Ken Wolford
A) Ken’s crew is trying to keep up with the recent heavy rains.
Specifically mowing.
B) Golf Course inspection items outstanding will be taken care
of soon.
BOD
Liaison– Don Streseman- Don said the BOD will have a town
hall meeting on March 23rd to finalize the budget. This includes golf fees.
Special Projects–
Irrigation– Bob Pleski-
Absent
Divot Stompers– Ed Lauchner Ed stated that divot stomping will resume
activities on April 6th.
Webmaster- Bob Martin- Bob
has added a Frequently Asked Question (FAQs) section
to the website. Also
expanded the Golf Course Inspection section to include all previous reports
through 2007.Bob also inquired if the minutes from the Irrigation Subcommittee
should be added to the website.
It was determined by vote that it would be a great asset to have.

A. Ladies 18H– Joan Bundick- Expressed
concern over the possibility of guest fees for the invitational.
B. Men's 18H– G. Galvin–
Expressed concerns over the proposed golf fees.
C. Ladies 9H– Shari Davis–
Expressed concerns over the proposed golf fees.
D. Men's 9H– Dave Kedie-
Expressed concerns over the
proposed golf fees.

Business
Proposed
Fees for Golf were discussed. The BOD
has proposed the following fees:
Unlimited
Golf- $1195
75 Rounds-
$940 to $960 No
upgrade to unlimited after purchase.
25 Rounds ( Niners only) $600 to $640 with a
provision to add more rounds if needed.
10 Round Punchcard (owner)- $300
10 Round Punchcard (guest)- $400
Cart Fees
will be the same as last year.
Payment
options will be considered including paying quarterly and by credit card.
There was a
comment from an audience member voicing concern over the absence of guest fees
during the Men’s and Women’s invitational’s.
6. New
Business
2009 Goals -
GC Members were encouraged to bring ideas for the new term goals.
7. Correspondence- Letter from Dave Kedie
regarding golf fees. Letter from Bob Pleski on
Budget concerns/ savings ideas.
