 LW Recycling Pick-up

This popular entrepreneurial project in Fredericksburg has grown into an important service to the community and business opportunity for the dedicated students involved.

The students have worked on advertising by making flyers and have posted them in the community.  Community Members call to have their recycling picked up and give a donation for the service to the students.

Last semester students raised over $100.00 and went bowling and out to eat in Kerrville with their earnings.

Students learn to keep track of income and expenses, market their service, and complete the job.
