LVBW Season 3 kicked off with LVBW World Champion Alex Prime coming to the ring. Prime first talks about how LVBW went down to NGW Revolution on March 13, 2004 and won two out of three matches. The Tank beat Hardbody Hibbert in the Dog Kennel and Chris Maverick won the NGW United States Championship from Paul Regal, but Alex Prime lost to NGW World Champion, Evan Blaze. Prime expalins that he would of won if it wasn't for shotty refing. He says to show the footage, but the footage of "Flaming" Frank Fudge going for a ride on The Tank is shown. Prime says to show the footage of NGW Revolution, where we can see the ref counting the 1...2...3. Then he goes on that it wouldn't matter because he went through a table, and he wasn't made aware that the match was a NO DQ match. So Prime suggests a Table's match, but to the fans dismay, not at Maximum Voltage, but on April 17th at the NGW One Year Anniversy show.

NGW comes out, The Redneck, Evan Blaze, and Paul Regal. Evan Blaze accepts the challenge but then goes on to make a challenge of his own. He challenges a tag match where he and Regal will face Prime and a partner of his choice at Voltage.

Prime accepts, calling Boomer to the ring. Prime says he is 50% owner of LVBW, so the other 50% owner should come out for the Tag Match. Boomer, confused to why his bitter enemy would ask him to be his Tag partner, accepts anyway. After, NGW beats down Prime and Boomer.

Boomer comes back out to face Chris Frank. Before the match Boomer gives an emotional speech about how he never thought he woudl wrestle again after a career threatning injury. He wants to get this match started right away and calls out Chris Frank. This was a back and forth match with some new moves out of Boomer after a year off. Chris Frank goes as far as to mock Boomer by wearing his famous dreadlock wig, but Boomer gets the win over Chris Frank with Boom Time followed by a frog splash. After the match Chris Frank and Boomer shake hands and as he was leaving the ring, Chris Frank announces that he will be LIVE at NGW Revolution on April 17, 2004

Boomer stays out to face Evan Blaze and Paul Regal with Alex Prime in the Tag Team Challenge match. They wrestled to a no contest when The Mac Attack, Randall Moore and The Tank, come out and clear house. While clearing house Kanibus comes out and attacks Randall Moore. When the dust settled Kanibus was fired by Boomer for attacking a fellow LVB wrestler. Also Randall Moore and Tank got into an arguement causing Alex Prime to force a match later in the night between the two.

Renegade, Big Bubba Texas, and, as reported by The Redneck, as he works quickly, new NGW Superstar Kanibus went at it in an all out brawl for the new LVBW Specialty Match Championship. No wrestling was involved here as Big Bubba Texas got the win after these three men just beat eachother down in the ring.

The next match stole the show here as "The Kung Fu Sensation" Randall Moore faced The Tank. The fans were into this match from the opening and if you get a hold of the video this is a must see that will be repeated many times in your VCR. Moore wins with his kicks and reversals and finishes off The Tank in an inexplainable match that you'll have to see for yourself.

Next came Paul Regal, who had an amazing rap before his opponent, Chris Maverick, came out which left the first viewers of the video astonished and amazed. A great match here saw the 15 year old Paul Regal win over the veteran Chris Maverick to capture both the NGW and LVBW United States Championships.

The main event pitted a rematch between two superstars Alex Prime and Evan Blaze from Revolution but this time for the LVBW World Championships. They pulled out all the stops here with new slams from Blaze and new Cruiserwieght moves by Prime but it wasn't enough for Prime to lose as he retains the LVBW World Championship. Also, Renegade attacked Kanibus, the special guest referee, during the match. After the match the referee, Rick Wrong, gets decimated leading to yet another in ring brawl between LVBW and NGW.
