If I had one wish I would wish for world peace
cuz All we ever do on these streets is fight
from day light to when its dark at night
I don't understand whats the point
Of destroying an adolescents innocence
with all this violence
so tell me are we trying to leave another love one
trapped, dead in an ambulence
and the media aint helping cuz they wrong,
cuz if we all had peace, then maybe the world would just be a happier place
and if we all got along with every race, then there wouldn't be as much pain
if there was no discrimination for any reason, then everyone would want to live
cuz with all this pain who would want to live anywayz
theres to much un-necessary things goin on on these streets
cant anyone walk down the street, In peace at least.
so lets make the world a better place, we need to all love eachother regardless of our race
and one person can make the difference that we all need
we got people to feed, we don't need people to bleed.
It seems like these days everyones cold hearted, maybe the whole worlds heart died
we said we been tryin to get along, we said we tried
but the only thing that I see, is that everyone wants to colide
love and peace is wut the world needs to provide,
so tell me how can it be done if its not supplied

So why cant we look at a another person and see them not as a foe, but a friend
not as an enemy, but a brother, when will this world ever have peace
but for all I know, there is no peace, not on these streets
and definitly not in this world, and goin to war aint the way to do it
becuz no one wins in a war, we still lose lives
we still spend and waste money on supplies, to take lives
whoever said takin lives was okay, and in our society when you take a life your life is taken too
so since the government is takin lives too, why cant we take their lives
wut I'm sayin is an eye for an eye, makes the whole world blind.
We need to stop thinkin with our mouths, and start thinkin wit our minds.
I would like to see things in this world change, I'm tired of seeing words always being exchanged
things need to start being rearranged, someone tell me wuts all this killin worth
its like we were all meant to die since the date of our birth
are we tryin to end all civilization on earth, do ya like this feeling of remorse
cuz killing eachother is the source
and that's juz the truth and instead of living together in unity
we actin like savages using these guns to kill off the youth

Yo and ever since 9/11, some changes has been done
and that's a start, everyone is startin to open up eachothers hearts more and more
and that's what I'm talkin about, cuz love is wut life is worth livin for
now ever since 9/11, we've lost so many lives, but they're still lookin down on us from up in heaven
and lots of people are still prayin 24/7
yo its time we should help others, and stop thinkin bout ourselves
look at it like this, You can give a person money, or you can teach them how to make money
look at it like this, you can give a person a fish, or you can teach them how catch a fish
so they can do things on there own, Its time for us to get off our asses
and bring love and peace to the streets, its time for us to make the world a better place
at least try to put one more smile on a face
