FOOD/BAZAAR - An outside caterer is providing food througout the conference. The food/bazaar will be outside of the conference and will have Islamic books, videos, tapes, CDs, garments and other Islamic businesses. Conference fees do not include food.
PARKING/CARPOOL - There is onsite/street parking available, however we would like to encourage everyone to carpool to the conference from your respective hotels to make best use of our spots.
REGISTRATION - Registration is accepted on a first come first served basis. Payment MUST accompany registration in order for slots to be reserved for the conference. Currently we can accomodate up to 1000 attendees at the conference. Insh'Allah we are expecting 100-300 people. Credit Card Payments can only be accepted online. Check or money order payments should be submitted for mail in registration forms.
BAZAAR BOOTHS/STALLS - There are still some Bazaar slots left. We would like to encourage a variety of vendors to sell products. Please read Booth Registration form above for registration details. Bazaar booths are $250 for Commercial and $200 for Non-Profits.
VOLUNTEERS - We have established multiple committees in order to help coordinate the conference. We can always use energetic, enthusiastic volunteers to help pull this event off. Committees range from hospitality, food, bazaar, registration, security, fundraising, logistics, publicity, press and transportation. Please contact us for more information on how you can help.
MUSLIMS IN LAS VEGAS - There are approximately 10,000 Muslims that reside in the Las Vegas Valley. We have 4 Mosques/Masjids, 3 Halal Food Stores, 3 Halal Food Restaurants, 1 Full time Islamic school and multiple Muslim owned businesses. HOTELS - We have compiled a list of local hotels. Since this is our first conference and since we do not know how many or where people would prefer to stay, there are no pre-negotiated rates.
