Topics to be covered include Eating Healthy to Prevent Heart Disease and Cancer, Teaching Children Healthy Eating Habits, Eating to Work Out, Information on Soy, and the Low Carb Diet Craze. Michelle will give a presentation for approximately 45 minutes to an hour and then she'll do Q&A as we wander the store.
