Alex Prime's Comentary
This is one more wonderful edition of the commentary and first I'll start on some quick LVBW news followed by a detailed account of NGW Revolution.

First "The Shark" Simon Spiegal is back into retirement after coming out. I guess he just isn't ready for the schedule and, now, traveling of LVBW. He's been sick lately so hopefully he'll recover and get in another match or two.

Mikey Lighthouse is getting a workout before Maximum Voltage as we all know on March 27th. An entire year of ring rust will try to be worked off to see if he is healthy enough for an LVBW return in the near future. The former U.S. Champ will not necessarily be put into the title picture with many other talented guys to get their shots in the near future.

Also, Dave Zwingle has contacted Boomer about being another addition to the LVBW roster. We'll see where this goes. I know nothing at all about him so we'll see if he joins the three other LVBW rookies.

Now for my anticipated review of NGW Revolution. Match of the night gets a 1 and the worst gets 6 in this case. I wathced each match twice on tape plus the live version so you can email me with your thoughts if you were there.

The first match, I'd say, was pretty good. The top rope broke on the ring which sent both AceJack and Chris Maverick scrambling for offense. The crowd started a boring chant but it was some good chain wrestling and it reflects the current popular style of backyard. Chris Maverick was the winner. (4)

Thor took on Paul Regal next in what wasn't, to me, that impressive of a match. It looked like Thor just kind of wanted to get in and get out of the ring as quickly as possible. This was a quick match and the finish didn't look good at all. The ankle lock is way to WWE for me and i don't think anyone say Thor tap out either. (5)

Next is by far the match of the night pinning three UWA guys against eachother. John Bowes, Dave Winant, and Tek blew the minds, once again, of wrestlers and fans in an amazing match which Dave Winant took for the win. Words aren't enough to describe this, you'll have to see it for yourself. I wouldn't mind jobbing to one of these guys at all.(1)

Hibbert faced The Tank in one of the most anticipated matches of the night here in the Dog Kennel Match. The Tank got shafted here as Hibbert didn't want to be there at all and the match went roughly three minutes. This match killed all of the heat from the crowd that the last match previously brought and was the worst of the night because of the attitude of Hibbert and the shortness of the match. Tank gets the win and gets shafted out of a decent match at the same time. (6)

Paul Regal didn't impress me in his first match but impressed me here in the triple threat for the United States Championship against Dave Winant and Chris Maverick. Maverick got the win which saw his first career Hurricanerana. Seemed as though Winant carried the match and Regal didn't get that much offense. Regal is very good for being 15 years old. Everyone went all out but something was missing but I'm not sure what. (2)

The main event pitted Evan Blaze against none other then me. This match was a pretty decent match and one of my better ones. We both went through tables and the crowd was pretty into it. A couple miscommunicated spots and the lack of speed and flow in the match kept it from being number one or two but it still was a decent match. (3)

What I Liked
The Triple Threat between the UWA guys got me marking everywhere
The young wrestling fans coming out to see the show
The Tank for being a good sport with being shafted

What I Hated
The cold weather
Hardbody Hibbert
J Spyder - he wouldn't wrestle because the ring didn't suit him well enough and because it was cold. It's backyard you just do it for fun. He seemed to be the only one to have any problem with anything at the show. I could go on but I don't want Teddy Hart-like heat.

Anywho this is Alex Prime and this was Alex Prime's commentary
