The Scindia was launched on September 24, 1900 for Indian Service. She made her maiden voyage in November of 1900 from Glasgow-Liverpool-Calcutta. On July 25, 1919 she made her first voyage on the Glasgow to New York service. At the time, her Cabin class passenger accommodation was listed at 69. She sailed this route until September 19, 1919 after only 2 round voyages. The Scindia was scrapped in April 1927.
