The Saturnia acted as a supply ship during the Dardanelles and Gallipoli campaigns.
The Saturnia was launched on March 29, 1910 and made her maiden voyage on June 11, 1910 from Glasgow-Quebec-Montreal. In August 1911 she collided with an iceberg near Belle Isle, but was able to complete her voyage home. On March 12, 1925 the Saturnia made her last voyage on the Glasgow to Portland service. She was sold in December 1928 and scrapped in Italy in 1929.
