Prince Guillaume
Prince Guillaume was born on 1 May 1963 at Betzdorf Castle. He is the youngest child of Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte.
Education and Youth
Prince Guillaume was educated in Luxembourg and Switzerland before obtaining his baccalaureate in Grenoble in 1982. He later studied at
Oxford University, in Great Britain, and at Georgetown University, in Washington DC, from where he graduated in 1987.

Following his university studies, Prince Guillaume spent six months working for the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC, and two years working for the European Commission in Brussels.
Marriage and Family
Prince Guillaume married Sibilla Weiller on 8 September 1994 at St Louis Cathedral in Versailles, France.

He and Princess Sibilla have three children: Prince Paul-Louis (born on 24 March 1998), Prince Leopold and Princess Charlotte (both born on 2 May 2000).
Work and Interests
Since 1992, Prince Guillaume has been President of Lux-Development, the agency charged with the task of executing the Luxembourg government's bilateral programme of development aid.

Prince Guillaume is also President of the Youth Merit Foundation.
