During the afternoon of 11 January, the Prime Minister and Government, the Archbishop of Luxembourg, the Chamber of Deputies, the Council of State and members of other official and public authorities visisted the Grand-Ducal Palace to pay their respects and to offer their condolences to Grand Duke Jean and his family.
Members of the public were able to pay their respects to Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte at the Grand-Ducal Palace from Wednesday 12 January until Friday 14 January.
Books of condolence were open at Berg Castle and Fischbach Castle. There were also books of condolence open at the Royal Palace in Brussels.
