As you might have noticed, most of the players are not anymore with the club, for several reasons. Most of the players found it hard to find a regular first team place with the senior squad and so they tried their luck at other clubs. However, Anatole Debono, has chosen a transfer to Sliema Wanderers F.C after having a good time with the club. Unfortunately he is not being given a lot of chance there and most probably he will return to the club next year. Other players stopped and some of them started again lately. Martin Sammut and Chris Falzon started again after a 2 year break but it will take them time to find their old form. Another player who is not anymore with the club is Emil Bonello Ghio. He is studying in England and he plays for his college team. This might serve him as a good experience as till last year he formed part of our senior squad.
I wish good luck to all the players who are still playing, even those who are not anymore with the club because their services will never be forgotten
