Lima Bean Casserole
1 can (11 oz.) condensed cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen lima beans, cooked and drained
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 cans fried onion rings
Blend cheese soup with milk and mayonnaise; add beans, celery, parsley, pimiento and 1/2 can of the onion rings. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes covered. Then, uncover and bake for 10 more minutes with the remaining onion rings on top.  Yields: 8 servings
