| AUNT PAM'S TACO DIP (family favorite) |

| 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans* 1-1 1/2 lbs. hamburg and/or turkeyburger 1 small onion - chopped 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream* 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese* 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2 tsp. garlic salt 2 Tbsp. taco sauce Chopped lettuce, tomatoes, black or green olives, and grated cheese. *may use low-fat. |

| In frying pan, cook hamburger (turkeyburger) and onions until done. Drain grease and put on paper towel to drain excess. Combine refried beans and meat together and place in middle of large platter. Set aside. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and onion soup mix. Once mixed well, add sour cream, garlic salt, and taco sauce and stir. Spread this mixture over the meat mixture on platter. Add chopped vegetables and then last add the grated cheese. Cover and keep refrigerated. Remove 15 minutes prior to serving. Serve on Taco Chips. |
