Ice Cream Dessert
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, oleo, and chopped nuts; until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat mixture into jelly roll pan and bake at 400 degrees until light brown.  Stir while warm to crumble, then cool.  Spread half of the crumbs into a 9x13-inch pan. Drizzle with caramel topping (just enough to cover moderately). Put softened ice cream over this.  Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle with more caramel topping.  Freeze until serving time.
2 cups flour
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup oleo or margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 large jar caramel topping
