ZUCCHINI BARS
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs (or 1/2 cup egg substitute)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugars, add eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla.  Stir in flour and baking powder.  Mix in zucchini, coconut and nuts.  Spread evenly in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and beat until completely mixed.  Spread over warm bars.  Cut into squares.
