NANCY'S LASAGNA
Prep Time: 5 min.      Cooking Time: 1 Hr.     Stand Time: 5 min

1. In 2-qt. baking dish (11x7) spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce. Top with three (3) uncooked noodles, ricotta cheese, one (1) cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 cup spaghetti sauce.  Top with remaining uncooked noodles and sauce.  Cover.
2.  Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.  Remove from oven and top with remaining mozzarella cheese (1 cup). Let stand for 5 minutes.  Serves 6

Note: To add meat (hamburg or turkeyburger): brown meat and onions (optional); drain grease.  Mix with spaghetti sauce.
1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce

uncooked lasagna noodles
1 container (15 oz.) Ricotta Cheese*
2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese*
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese*

*low-fat cheeses may be substituted
