OLD-FASHIONED HERSHEY COCOA FUDGE |

1/2 cup cocoa 3 cups sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter 1 tsp. vanilla |

Combine dry ingredients in heavy duty cooking pan, stir in milk. Place on heat and bring to a bubbly boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil without stiring to 234 degrees (softball stage). Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. DO NOT STIR. Cool at room temperature (110 degrees). Beat until thick and mixture is NO longer glossy. Quickly spread in a buttered 8" or 9" square pan.
