SESAME CHICKEN
PITA
These are great for a picnic!
SPICES:
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Honey

Mixed together,enough to cover as many chicken breast as you have
Black and Tan Sesame Seeds
Dry Parsley

Sprinkle on top of coated chicken breast bake to at least 165 and then cool in fridge
PITAS
Any variety is fine.

Cut the top off of the pitas so you can put the chicken breast inside.
VEGGIES:
Any color of pepper ring
red onion
cucumber
carrots use the peeler to make thin strips
lettuce or spring greens
Place into the pita with everything else and wrap with plastic wrap

Remember don't leave it out too long before you eat 2 hours is fine wrapped
