Scenario you wrote: Angelo visits the nursery and he knows more than it seems.

Summary: Well duh.
�Baby, special.� Angelo rocked himself in the duct above the nursery while he waited for the nurse to leave the small blue room.
The nurse left and Angelo dropped into the room silently, avoiding the security cameras and standing against a wall. He looked down through the bars at the tiny baby. The small child opened its eyes and stared at Angelo. The baby could not know who Angelo was and yet a connection passed between the two beings.
�Baby special, baby sad. Baby�s mummy gone.�
The door opened and Mr Parker walked in.
Angelo didn�t seem to notice his entrance, didn�t seem to notice that anything had happened.
Mr Parker looked over to Angelo but ignored him and walked over to the small child. Mr Raines followed him in and watched Angelo. Angelo didn�t look away from the baby while Mr Raines pulled Mr Parker from the room, while they discussed him in the hall or when Mr Raines left leaving Mr Parker to come back in and pick his son up.
Angelo banged his fist against the wall but Mr Parker ignored him and held the baby. Instantly the small child began to cry, the nurse came back in and took the baby back, settled him and led Mr Parker from the room.
Angelo moved over to stand beside the crib he lent over and placed his hand along the curve of the baby�s head. He gently kissed the baby�s temple before whispering against his hair.
�Baby. Mine.�
