11.29.02 Friday
hello there. happy thanksgiving to all. i just finish waking up coz' ive been busy the whole day today. Mommy and my aunties took me shopping with them. Mommy ended up buying a new christmas tree b/c our old one was too big and Mommy wants more room for me to crawl so the smaller one is better. but its still big coz' we got the 6 1/2 feet tall xmas tree... our old one was sooo big that it was touching the ceiling. anyways we bought the tree and new ornaments for the house, and i get to help my aunties decorate the tree and put the angel on top of the tree. the tree is sooo pretty now and also we get to decorate outside our house with lots of xmas lights. we always have xmas lights every year, i love the lights so mommy makes sure there's lots of lights, colorful ones and plain white ones on the tree. we have the stocking stuffers in front of our chimney and my name is on one of the stockings.. this is cause Santa Claus will go down the chimney and he won't forget me coz' ive been a very good girl and he'll see my name first on the stockings. well with all the works, i got tired and i took a very long nap after shopping and fixing the tree and decorating the house both inside and out. now i have so much energy again and im sure i won't go to bed until late at night tonite. it's ok coz' all my aunties and uncles are here and we are having so much fun just hanging around watching tv together. tomorrow we are all going shopping again but we're going to DC to shop in Potomac Mills. they have factory outlets here and that means cheaper brand name clothes. later tonite we're also gonna have 'bunutan' meaning well pick names to give present to the one that we get. this is fun and we do this every year on thanksgiving weekend, so when xmas comes we have present to get and give to someone. but last year even when we did this, everybody still give individual presents to everyone, so we received so much gifts. im sure this year even those who didn't get my name to give gift to, that they will still give me gift coz' they are all soooo nice to me. they love showering me gifts, im so lucky thats all i can say. even my grandmas friends give me so many gifts, MOmmy is very thankful to all of 'em coz' they're so sweet for remembering me. Grandma is nice to everyone that's why she has many gifts too from all her friends and all her friends give me gifts. Mommy and I will look for a gift for daddy for his bday on the 17 of december, and also for xmas. anyways gotta go now so i can look at the pretty tree more... i just love staring at the lights coz' they keep flashing and blinking. hope everyones having the best thanksgiving ever... and oh yeah, as far as my physical aspects, i don't crawl anymore since 2 weeks ago.. ive been walking so fast that i don't need to crawl anymore. b4 i still crawl b/c when i walk i wasn't still too fast, so i'd rather crawl. but now, oh man, i'm just too fast that everyone's having a hard time catching up with me. Mommy is just shock one day b/c she notices that i don't crawl anymore... it happened everything in one night. i started taking steps b4 i turned one but it was only few steps, then i started progressing and it became a slow walk. now it's running time. well this is all i gotta say... chase me if u can... nighty nite. bubyes...

fresh, fresh.... sooooo fresh me on Sunday mornin'. i just finish taking a bath and im feeling very fresh right now. im about to take a nap but b4 i do just wanna share wid u all how my weekend is so far. its already sunday, and later we will all go to church to attend a thanksgiving sunday at church. we never forget to say a thanksgiving prayer at my house, b4 we eat, and b4 we go to bed. grandpa would always ask everyone b4 eating if we say a thanksgiving prayer, thats if we dont get to eat together. but if we eat together, we always say a prayer b4 eating. even when we are at the restaurant, we still say a prayer to ourselves. God is always in our hearts thats why we know we are always in good hands. yesterday i went out with daddy, mommy and my uncles. grandma went out with her friend so mommy decided to go out too instead of just staying home. we went to the mall, but this is a different mall that we go on fridays. this one is kinda further from home. we have a mall closest to home, that we go on fridays, its like 5 min. away, just like daddy's place is so close at lynnhaven mall. this is sooo convinient for us coz' we just love shopping and walking around the mall. anyway so yesterday we all decided to go to another mall at regency mall in west end area where grandma works. man, its a lot of people, but glad to find a parking space right away. its that time of year again to shop for xmas things thats why theres so many peeps and im ecstatic to experience this. we went there and daddy bought a PS2 game coz' he loves this game vice city and he bought that. hes funny coz b4 he buys something expensive, well not really expensive but for a game maybe it is... well b4 he bought it, he asks for mommys approval first. of course mommy says yesss this time coz he hasnt bought a game since he left for cruise. he loves playing PS2 games, if we're not around him, thats all he does at his apartment. which is gooood coz' he never goes out or hangs out... mommy loves that idea. then we just went around the mall and daddy made me walk beside him even when i was very slow. mommy was going much faster than us, and we looses her but daddy didnt mind coz' hes with me... we just walk and walk and causing traffic behind us. and mommy just comes lookin' for us...hehehe. they have more stores in this mall than the mall we usually go to... but they are expensive ones like t.h., guess, j.crew, r.l.. so mommy just window shop coz she already bought something expensive on friday when we went to the other mall. mommy saw a nice coat and bought it, but she thinks she got a big size coz' they didnt have small so she might exchange it later. but b4 we bought that, we hang around my favorite place at the mall, the bookstore. we were there for a while coz mommy wants to buy me another bedtime book coz' the one that i got 'goodnight moon' is always the one she reads and she wants to read another one for me so i can learn more things. and i fell in love with this book, 'baby beluga'... mommy reads that to me now b4 i go to bed and daddy read it to me last night. i like that book coz' it talks about a baby whale whos got family and friends who loves him a lot... kinda like me. hes a happy baby like me. mommy already memorize the first part of it... coz she knows she will read this to me over and over again. but of course from time to time shell read me my first fave book again. mommy always makes sure she reads me something b4 i go to bed because she knows this is a good mind stimulation while growing. thats why people says im a smart girl... whatever you teach me doin' i can learn it right away... just like grandma teaches me things and i learn quickly even strangers are like 'whoa, she knows so much', and wonders how i learn these things sooo fast. mommy has got a genius in her hands...hehehe. well til here now i gotta take anap now coz my eyes are closing... hope everyones having a good weekend so far... bubye!

well here's another friday again. daddy will be coming here tonite or maybe early tomorrow.. it depends on how early he can get off from work. Mommy don't want him to drive sooo late at night. well anyway, today im going to the mall with MOmmy and uncle dodong after mommy's work. shes gonna come pick me up here around 2pm and then we going to the mall. mommy wants to take me pasyal coz' she said im always stuck at home or at the babysitters house. so im waiting for her now, i love to go to the mall and see everything around there. i dont even want to stay in my stroller coz' i want to walk with mommy. sometimes i walk so slow tho so she just carries me while uncle dodong is pushing the stoller. of course we go walk after we ate, coz we always eat at this good intl. barbecue place where they have rice and all...mmmmm delicious. ive been good all week this week as far as sleeping at night coz' my stuffy nose is gone... but they still give me medicine so it goes away for good. im still on antibiotic for another few days and also my stuffy nose medicine. every night is fun and playing time with mommy, b4 we go to bed we play a lot. she even gets crazy coz' i ask her to read me my fav book over and over again. if she says no i just cry and she dont want that so last night she read it to me like 4 times.. but if daddy is here he reads it to me so mommy can take a break. but she loves reading to me anyway, and also i make her play my barney song on the stuff barney..because i can't push the barney too hard to make it sing so i give the barney to mommy and she knows what it means if i give it to her... i want her to play the barney song. when barney sings, i just keep jumping and jumping on our bed. even mommy gets in the fun, she tickles me and gigles with me too. when im all tired, i ask for my milk and i sleep on top of mommy. she dont mind me sleeping close to her tho, she strokes my head too coz' she knows i love that. in the morning sometimes i get up earlier than mommy so i shake her hard so she wakes up and if she doesnt wake up i play with her eyes then she laughs at me for doing that. mommy and i are bonding more now, wish that daddy is around more tho, but i always talk to him on the phone. last night mommy and i were playing, and i saw my old pair of sandals and i wanted mommy to put it on my feet. oh gosh, i fell in love with that sandal, i didn't want to take it off, when mommy says shes gonna take it off, i just start crying. so i had it on walking around, it made mommy laugh so hard and she told daddy that over the phone. i guess im a girly girl now too coz' i love that pretty pair of sandals... i was walking like a model too, and when i couldnt see my shoes i raise my pants up so i can see how it looks on me.. mommy had so much giggles then. well until here now, i gotta go have some lunch or merienda coz' grandma makes me lunch to bring here at the babysitters, im always taken care of even when grandma or mommy or daddy isn't close to me. ta-ta!
11.18.02 Monday
nice weekend even' tho it was rainin' and all! I get to go to Ayanna's 1st B-day... nice name too... it rhymes wid mine! Her bday was nice but we didnt stay too long coz' Uncle Charles had to go to work at night time. Hope to see Ayanna again sometime soon and her parents coz' they're really sweet ppl. Glad that Uncle Ferdi is one of Ayanna's ninong. Well if u ever stop by Richmond, just holler at Mommy coz' she'd love to take u out der! All weekend long it rained, so I didn't really get to shop coz' MOmmy was lazy too. Friday night wasn't a good night for me too coz' I had stuffy nose again and it didn't make me go to sleep... so Saturday mornin' we woke up late and MOmmy didn't get to cook breakfast so we ate at Mary's. then i went to party. at night time we just stayed home and wait for Daddy to get home from work, den we watched rented movie. On Sunday Mommy and Daddy went grocery shopping at the commissary, den we went back to Norfolk so we can go home back to Richmond. it's always a ride for me so i'm always bundled up to go somewhere coz' its gettin' cold outside. well thanksgiving is next week. i'm so happy coz' ill be with everybody again. ya see dis is one of our favs holiday coz' we get to be a family and eat and say a thanksgiving prayer together. den of course its shopping time for my aunties, Mommy and me. We always shop on friday before noon, by 7am we are at the mall already coz' dis is when they have good savings. after noon time its still lots of sale but some they raise the prices after noon time. since MOmmy was back in college, she did this with her friends already so she knows all about it. It's nice to have the biggest family tho and also dat we are together and gettin' along... we owe everything to the sweetest ppl you ever know.. my Grandma and Grandpa. they are the most nicest ppl, coz' they give everything... i mean everything... to ppl dat they love even if it means nothin' for them. i love my Grandma and Grandpa a lot dats why i get to stay here in VA bec. of them. Mommy and Daddy was gonna move far away coz' Daddy had the chance to get another order but they turned it down, because we know that we can never have thesame support if we go another place. maybe someday if they get another baby in da family then we'll move, but for now they really want me around and they want to see me grow. Mommy and Daddy doesn't regret anything tho coz' the truth is I brought the family together (just like my ninang Inas said). And i'm so very proud of that, so this thanksgiving its another time for us. We really believe that because of Grandma, our faith in God is always der... we always tell her wut to pray for if we are in need of something coz' her heart is the closest one to God.

guessy what?! im feelin' all better now... thanks to everyone prayin' for me esp. Mommy coz' we always thank the Lord for everything b4 we go to sleep at night. anyway thursday already... ya know what that means right... im gonna see my daddy again and my aunties tomorrow coz' we all drivin' there.. thats why mommy been busy at night coz' she needs to do our laundry b4 we go there coz' we wont be around to do that on the weekend. nothing much goin on with me, im just at the babysitters house all day until grandma picks me up and then ill see Mommy at home. Mommy has a lot of free time at work tho so she relaxes there coz' as soon as she's with me, we are sooo busy playin' and reading my books and just horsing around our room until i get tired and i just cuddle with her and sometimes i want to be carried when im falling asleep... so she carries me and rocks me.. isnt she a sweet mommy. but of course we talk to daddy too b4 we go to bed coz' i love talking to him, but really i dont talk i just listen good. whenever mommy talks to daddy, i take the phone from her and if she dont want to give it to me, i start complaining and whining... and then she gives me at the end coz' daddy wants to talk to me too and he can hear me whining too. mommy dont want me to get spoiled coz' if she says no she really means no, like if i still want to play with her laptop but she says no more, she really means it even when i cry and cry she wont budge. but of course i get to play with her laptop too sometimes, if she lets me that is. coz' she said if i grow older then shell show me how to play computer games, of course just the educational ones only. its funny coz' grandma dont let me see tv screens or laptop screens coz' she said that theres radiation and its not good for me.. so even if mommy buys me lots of good barney and sesame street video, grandma tells her not to show me too much tv. im not really much into it tho except when the kids and those puppets sing then im hook on it. i like the singing part coz' i just get right into it and start shaking my lil booty too...hehe. still grandma is lil strict on me watching too much tv. well this is it for now... if i dont get to talk to you again, just have youself a good great weekend k... and always remember to tell your loved ones you love 'em coz' mommy says that to me a lot and daddy too... and everybody else who loves me... i love you all too..muahz.

I turn 13 months yesterday...yay! Yesterday i also get to see my doctor coz' i wasn't feeling soooo good on the weekend. like i told u last week i've been cranky well this past weekend it got much worse. every night since friday night ive been waking the whole house coz' i just dont stop cryin'. i wake up around midnight and won't go back to sleep til the morning around 4am already. and when i go back to sleep, its not a good one too coz' i cry again and again. the reason is coz' of my stuffy nose. my nose is so stuffed that i can't breathe and this bothers me a lot. i took an over the counter medicine on the weekend coz' i can't see my doctor then, but on monday mommy and daddy took me to see the doctor. mommy told the doctor about my nose, and also since i was there already mommy told him bout my skin rashes too since the cold weather makes my skin rough. well the doctor checked my breathing and then check my ears and he found that i have an ear infection but it ain't very bad yet, just lil pink so he suspects that i may get an ear infection. the doctor gave mommy 3 prescriptions and for my stuffy nose, he just gave mommy free samples of medicines so mommy dont gotta buy it coz' he gave a lot. so i'm taking antibiotic again for my ears, and also he gave mommy a prescription to get the wax off my ears. last night i felt better and didnt bother mommy or daddy much. i only woke up so i can have some milk but didn't wake them up because of my nose. last weekend tho as soon as i wake up i just keep crying until i fully wake up and start playing until the wee hours of the morning. i feel bad for daddy too coz' hes also sick with colds and fever. poor mommy also has colds but she has to take care of both of us but glad that grandma and grandpa was around too coz' they all had turns to look out for me. also my aunties G and lheen were there and they were also up with me when i couldn't sleep coz' of my nose, and they were there playin' with me too. i have a lot of people around me who loves me dearly and even when mommy says i'm spoiled, i know that they will make me grow a good girl someday. daddy even told mommy that there should be another baby in the house so all the attention won't go to me.. but i really don't mind having everyone to pamper me all the time coz' i know this wont last forever since all my aunties will have their kids someday and also grandma and grandpa will have more grandkids... but i can't forget what grandpa boy told me, he said being the first grandkid is the coolest one since when i have cousins everyone will be looking up to me... and i'm all my aunties first baby... im sure they won't love me less when they have their own kids too coz' we are all a family. this weekend i didn't get to go anywhere because i was sick but its ok coz' next weekend i'm gonna go out of town again to see daddy and my aunties...anyway til here now... bye!

ka--- wheeeeee! weekend is here. daddy is coming later tonight coz' he gettin' off earlier than normal. he supposed to be off 11pm but tonight since he comin' here he'll take off around 6 already. good...good...gooodd! i think my aunties are plannin' to come here too... so thats extra gooooood! today is the last day for my lolo and lola to babysit me coz' they leavin' on sunday... next time i see them is in March if lolo will get his surgery.. i hope he will so he can feel better. this monday is also veterans day so no work.. daddy will stay longer until tuesday morning coz' his work dont start til 3pm. this means i have long weekend with him ... very happy and excited already. well this past few nights ive been cranky, 2 nights ago and last night... i wake up and just cry but mommy cuddles me close to her and i feel better already.. i did it a lot tho so mommy's sleep wasn't straight and she still feel sleepy in the morning and at work. but the other night i was good except i woke her up around 4am and i wanted to play already.. i was all smiles.. and i tried to wake her up too by opening her eyes... funny ha. then mommy just tell me to go back to sleep coz' its too early to play, i still sit up and play tho and bother mommy to play with me. in the morning mommy and me goes downstairs so grandma can get me ready and wash me, but i don't go anywhere i just stay home for my lolo and lola to babysit me... grandma still washes me tho so im clean for the whole day. grandma alice been stopying by lately, yesterday she dropped off pizza for us... i ate too... yummmmy in the tummy of course. mommy been going home late for the last 2 days coz' she wants to go home early on friday so she can clean up b4 daddy gets home. well she just needs to put away the clothes that's everywhere coz' after she work she don't got time to do all this coz' she gets me ready for bed already. as soon as mommy comes home from work she takes me and she gets me ready for bed, coz' grandma has to take care of kitchen things coz' mommy dont want to do that. mommy and me just eat and go upstairs and we play, she reads my books. now i have another book im reading and this one is longer, its the fairy tale book. everynight mommy reads to me one story, like sleeping beauty, cinderella and all that good stuff. one story per night and also we still read my goodnight moon book and believe it or not i memorize that already too coz' when i know its ending i just start shouting, clapping and close the book. i always want her to read to me coz' as soon as i see the book i just give it to her so she can read it for me.. sometimes she kinda makes jokes and dont read it and just put it aside like shes ignoring me, and then i just shout and cry coz' i really want her to read to me. sometimes while shes reading im sleeping already too. well this is it for now.. hope u all have a great weekend... take care always... muahz.

hi'lo all! how's everybody doin' today? hope just alrighty! i'm home today with my lolo boy and lola lita coz' my babysitter lola glo cannot babysit me coz' her hubby lolo nardo undergone a surgery on his tummy. she has to babysit him instead of me...heeheh! well thank God everything is ok now. anyway i don't have a problem with my new babysitters coz' they so cool with me and they says i'm a pretty nice baby coz' other babies who just met someone like that would probably just cry and cry... but i don't so lolo said i'm the best one to babysit coz' i'm really a good baby. he's pretty amazed about that. but mommy said that i've been like that coz' even last time when uncle marlon babysit me and this was the first time he watched me and i didn't cry too. i think i'm a social girl coz' i like everyone and goes to everybody as long as they're nice to me. except i still gotta get use to uncle amit coz' he's the only one i don't really want to go with. but he's so nice to bring me gift with my ninang Inas this past weekend. we all went to NEX in vabeach, the newly opened one, but they didn't have nice clothes or even shoes... so we didn't really bought anything except jeans for the guys. i still got my diaper rash, it came back this past weekend, mommy and grandma does everything to make it go away but the medicine that the doctor gave didn't work on me... so that's why sometime soon we gonna go back there again and get another medicine for my butt. but it's not really the butt area tho it's more like my skin outside the area... the whole area... so it stings and i scratch it coz' it's so itchy... and they change me often and wash me with water everytime but it still keeps coming back. i really need a medicine that works coz' mommy is bothered by this now and everytime she comes home she checks on me to see if it's getting better or worse, she monitors it really carefully coz' b4 it got really worse and it didn't make me go to sleep and she felt very bad for me. well this is it for now, come back again soon and next time you'll see me in my halloween customes. lola alice came by yesterday and play with me a bit and that made me really excited coz' i was just at home and didn't go anywhere. she said that i was in my jammies coz' i didn't go anywhere. well anyway gotta go now and play with my lolo and lola coz' they still in town til sunday only and they going back to Germany again. bubye... luv yah ways, lainah!

It's the first of November, ya know what that means right?! ... yes in PI, this is our All Soul's Day, meaning all will be going to the cemetery to visit their love ones that are laid to rest. so this weekend that's exactly what my family's going to do... we are gonna visit my Greatgrandparents (mommy's side) at the Princess Anne cemetery. We are all driving again to see daddy and my aunties... yay! i love love to go there coz' they pamper me very much. auntie del is always always playing with me, and they even get to fight for me coz' everyone wants to carry me first. my grandpa boy and grandma lita are also coming with us coz' grandpa boy really wants to see his parents tombs. anyway they came here just last night coz' MOmmy went to pick them up in DC... and it took them awhile to go back coz' they got so lost in DC... Mommy was getting scared coz' she didn't know her way back and she called daddy again and again, but daddy didn't know his way also around there. so after driving hours and hours of u-turns and asking people, finally she found the way home. DC is a confusing place for MOmmy but she had to go coz' she didn't want grandpa to go coz' he's tired from work already, and Mommy's work is closer to DC. well when she came back, theres no more kids coming to trick or treat at the house... but i get to help my grandma to give kids their treats. and that's a lot of chocolate we gave... i even get to eat some! Mommy was so tired when she got home so she didn't took pictures of me in my custome, but anyway she already took me to sears to take it last weekend... but i have more than one custome, so i guess she will take those pictures later on, next week for sure coz' this weekend are fully booked for us. we are going to see daddy there this weekend so he doesn't have to drive here... and this time i will stay with him at his place there coz' last time i went there i stayed at my aunties place coz' they really want me there and they get mad at mommy if she takes me away from them... anyway daddy had to work very late so he came to play with me after his work and i was still awake coz' i'm so excited if eveyone is there... i just jump and jump and show them my tricks and they all just laugh and laugh with me. it's so much fun to have a big family coz' it's always loud and if everyone talks at thesame time you don't even hear yourself anymore...hehehe.. but it's still fun coz' i just go along with them too. this weekend we gonna go lots of places to take my newly met grandparents around and we gonna take lots of pictures too. grandpa boy calls me tisay coz' he said i look more like my daddy than mommy, daddy would love to hear that...hahaha. we gonna go see my other grandmother (grandpa's side) there too coz' her and grandpa boy didn't see each other for a long time. my grandma alice i think will also come along.. so we gonna have a big ordona family reunion this weekend...wheeee! well this is it for now... Mommy will probably take me to the mall this weekend if she can squeeze sometime in between coz' daddy don't have to work too so all my big family can go with us too. Mommy and my aunties and my uncles were just there after the wedding lunch on wednesday... they were at lynnhaven mall coz' they all shop for wedding gifts... and they bought a lot of gifts for the newly wed. i was with my grandma and grandpa and also my babysitter, lola Glo, came along with us too coz' she also wants to see the wedding. after the big lunch out we went to laguna bakery and buy pandesal and then we just went home coz' i was getting my nap already. we had fun there last time and i'm sure this weekend is going to be a blast again.... i can't wait until mommy picks me up today and from there it'll be another family moments...bubye!
