Did you know that over 50% of the American population are over weight. If you think about it, it's quite a lot. Well on this weeks advice panel we're talking about how to lose weight. I'm trying to help some people out there. I want you to feel confident, beautiful & healthy. But if you feel that already, then theres no point in reading this. U GO GURL! Lol, anyhow.
When we read these kinds of things, they don't really get to the point of what we need to do to lose weight. Well right now, I'm going to list the things that have helped me. Also I ripped the ideas off a book my Mum was reading.
1: Exercise. This helps to get your heart pumping & your matabalisum up. The higher it is, the more it will burn what you eat.
2: Eating healthy. That means lots of fruit, vegetables, & drink loads of water. But you also have to eat sa little amount of fats, like dairy foods, & meats, also whole meal bread. Just vary your diet but concerntrate more on the healthy stuff.
3: Keep fit. By exercising everyday, or every second day will keep you fit & healthy.
4: Never skip meals, that will only make things worse & you'll become unhealthy & ill.
5: Yoga, yoga is definitely the best option. It'll take a while but give it a go!
