"The Past"

 

Yesterday it was raining,

But today the sun's shining.

Yesterday it was cloudy,

But today the sky is clear.

 

Everything that happened yesterday,

Is now in the past,

Today is important,

But the future is more important.

 

Forget about the past,

Look towards the present,

And the future,

They are all that matter.

 

You can't change the past,

But you can,

Change the present,

And the future.

 

Yesterday I was sad,

Today I was just there,

Tomorrow I'll be happy,

And put the past behind me.
