I wish I could tell you,

Exactly how I feel.

I wish I could get,

The words to leave my mouth.

 

I'm afraid of your reaction,

I'm afraid of what you'll say.

I wish I could just say,

The three words "I love you".

 

I wish I could be,

In your arms forever.

I wish I could be,

By your side always.

 

I wish I knew,

How you felt too.

I think it would,

Make it easier for me.

 

I wish I could tell you,

That I love you, and

That I want to spend,

My life with you.
