God, I know I have been bad,

I know I have made mistakes,

I ask you time and time,

To forgive me. Forgive my sins.

 

If it wasn't for you,

And my trusting friends,

I know they have always been there,

I probably wouldn't be here today.

 

God, I thank you so,

For the life I have,

For the friends I have,

I am very fortunate.

 

Right now, I wouldn't give,

Anything up for anybody.

Thank you for teaching me,

To be so strong.

 

I have learned my lesson,

I am now ready to listen to you,

And try to follow by your ways,

But I need your help along the way.
