						Well, out she comes! ARRGHH this was supposed to be a pulley blank! I got a ring instead with the hub welded stuck in the pipe! Well try again later, the aluminum can be remelted, but lost foam only gives one chance. Back to the foam cutter! I poured way too fast! The bubbling I saw when I poured, was from the huge gas pocket inside. The hole in the ring was supposed to be solid!
			Well I am showing the right and the wrong way to do things, Chalk this on up as the WRONG way! POUR it, Dont DUMP it!
				Some EXPERIENCED foam casters told me the problem was no venting. The gases have to go somewhere. Mine bubbled out the top. I will incorporate this in my next try. Thanks to all for their helpful advice. I truly appreciate it! I learn a lot from you guys!!!  You are the greatest!
