Apologies for the closure of the group on Monday 27th October, unfortunaltely one of mine was poorly. Can I also take this opportunity to make sure that all members both new and old have filed out a registration form for our files, if you haven't could you please ask Joanne for a form. (all details will be kept confidential)
To let all members know that Claire Fisher has become Club Secretary. We hold committee nmeetings once a month if you have an issue you would like us to discuss please see either myself, Cheryl or Claire.
With regard to our mum's Christmas get-together, please add your name to the list pinned on the Notice Board, as soon as menu's are available I will bring them in and a date can be arranged. For those who missed last months Newsletter arrangements are being made for the Jade House (Chinese Restaurant on Marsh Road), a deposit will be required!!
Remember to keep checking our Notice Board in the Main Hall for information, or to place an advert to sell or request items.
PLease remember us when clearing out the toy box in preparation for new at Christmas, any donations of old toys that are in safe condition would be greatly appreciated.
And finally I would like to say a big big THANK YOU! to all of you who brought in food donations for our Havest Hamper for the Old Folks Home at the rear of the Church, which was delvered on Monday 13th October.
