EQUIPMENTS
Resistance at 20.00kgs. represents the Beginners on Hydraulic Equipments. The user can start his workout from resistance of 10 or 20 kgs and can keep on increasing his workout time level from A to B and then to C and so on ....till he reaches 20 min. workout time. Then the user can reach the next level of resistance i.e. 30.00 kgs and can complete his workout in 20 min. i.e. A1, then B1 - C1 - D1 - E1 and so on .....thus he completes his 20 min. workout at 30.00kgs resistance and achieves all the aerobic and cardio-vascular benefits, which is best for Sportsmen and Athletes. It is very important to reach workout time to 20 min. to get the aerobic benefits. A Body builder can do his workout directly from 60.00 kgs resistance but completes it in just 7 min. i.e. A2. then he can further step up to B2 - C2 - D2 - E2 depending on his capacity. That also with out any fear of any injury or accident.
For any reason if the user is not in touch with his daily workout or due to some other reason e.g. did not have a proper diet or rest the previous day, his performance will automatically shift from E to D - C - B - A or E2 - D2-C2-B2-A2 etc. depending on at what level he was working out the previous day.
Soon we will be publishing training program for each individuals. Till then user can select the set of resistance according to his own capacity.
