I am a firm believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the only true God. I am convinced that He came here willingly, at the request of His Father, to reconcile us back to the Father through Himself.
We are taught that when we die, we either go to heaven or hell. But, what does the Word of God say? Where do people really go after they die?
Hope without substance is not really hope at all. And a deception has no subtance of its own self.
The first deception was when Satan deceived Adam and Eve into partaking of the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, with the promise of eternal life. The day that they took the first bite, they began to die. We spend our entire lives preparing ourselves for that day. For some of us, we retire very secure, money in the bank, the house completely paid for, our children all grown up with families of their own. Others on the other hand, are not so fortunate. But, they all have one thing in common: Death.
How are we suppose to prepare for death? There is coming a day that Jesus will return from heaven to reclaim that which was lost, and offer that back to His father. What is "that" refering to? Gods children. Those that believed on his Son and believed in His Word.
There are the traditions of men that have infiltrated our churches and our society to deceive us once more into believing that we already have eternal life. DO NOT BE DECEIVED! Only God has eternal life. We are mortal, with mortal souls.
I will take you along my journey to find the truth of the scriptures and the real facts of life, so that we can be found worthy to be called children of God, and joint heirs with Jesus.
