when you collect certain amount of skulltulas, go to the house of skulltula to claim your reward.

1.Behind the house of know-it-all Brother's, there is a skulltula at night.
2. Plant a bottle a bugs in the bean hole by the shop and a skulltula will come out

3.Go the the guard house near the drawbridge, break open the crate and there will be a skulltula
4. Play the song of storms by the Castle where Malon's father sleeps and a hole will appear, jump in and get your skulltula.
5.roll into a tree near the castle gate and a skulltula will fall out
Hyrule Field
6.roll into a tree near the market entrance.
7. bomb the boulder in the circle of rocks near Gerudo Valley.
