LUSITANIA CHARTER
All members are expected to behave in a mature manner.
As some members may not be comfortable with strong language, the execive use of vulgaruties is frowned upon.
If at any time a member no longer wishes to be affiliated with Lusitania, or is asked to leave by a majority vote of other members, that member is expected to leave without incident or reproach.
Do not be a bad sport, weather you win or loose a game do so with honor.  If your opponents, or allies,  ellect to behave otherwise members are expected to try to "take the higher road".  This is sometimes difficult in many cases, but please do your best to be the better person.
All proposed new members, that is, a person who is being considered for membership in Lusitania, must be approved on, and UNANIMOUSLY voted in, by all active members.
Lusitania does not hold try outs.  Its membership is not based on skill, but rather personability.  We ask that you consider this when proposing a potential new member.
Lusitania has no leader and therefore members shall have no rank.
Respect the beliefs and oppinions of your fellow members, as well as those of non-members, even if you do not agree with them.

This does not include the beliefs of Nazis, terrorist supporters, KKK and all other racist scum.
RETURN TO MAIN
Any member who shows a blatent disrespect or execive disregard for these rules may be asked to leave Lusitania and considered persona non grata.
All votes are to be held in a private forum.  Only Lusitania members may be privy to and have access to a vote.  The details of any vote are to be kept confidential among the members.  This means that no information about a vote, except possibly the overall outcome, (especialy in regards to a vote pertaining to new member potentials) is to be disseminated to any non-member.  Specificaly, no information about which member voted for or against any proposal shall be discussed, in any manner, with any non-member.
CONDUCT:

VOTING:
LEADERSHIP / RANK:
All Lusitania members must take an active role in the voting that takes place at our forum site.  Lusitania is based on the mutual cooperation and agreement of all its members.  We have no formal leadership and therefore rely on consensus to make important decisions, such as new members and additions/changes to the charter.  As Lusitania grows larger, this process becomes increasingly more difficult, and thus it is required that all members check the forum at least once a week to cast votes. This requries all members to be registered at the forum.  If, at any time, a member is unable to visit the forum for more then one week, they will need to let another member know so that we may make other arrangements for that person to participate in votes.  If for any reason a member is unavailable to participate in a vote for a period of more then one week after the posting of any particular vote, then that members vote on said issue is forfeit and that member will be considered inactive to voting until his/her return.
If a member potential receives a voting session for membership and fails to get a unanimous vote,  no member may start another vote on that person for at least a period of one calender month.  Before presenting  a second vote on a member potential, please take into consideration any reasons that said person was denied admittance the first time.
All members have an equal say in all matters concerning Lusitania
Lusitania does not formally ally with any clan(s).
INTERCLAN RELATIONS:
No member(s) of Lusitania may "declare war" on any other clan(s), as this is childish and serves, not only to diminish the clan as a whole but to take away from the purpose of the game which is to have fun.
