| August 30, 2001 YO. whaddup .... one more day of work (yiiiiipppppppeeee!!!!!) new girl is cool. old girl is cooler :) hehe. team lunch today @ applebees (eastside was too busy, outback was closed). ah memories. i'm glad for no eastsides b/c unlike the mole i like food other than wedding soup and bread. our offsite at woodbine was FUN! i am not a seasoned better. but with horse names like "Grandpa's rocket" (who won me $$) and "BJ... something or other"... you can't go wrong! Dinner was good, slots scared me. those ppl who play are scarier than carnies! eep! So excited to move this weekend! So excited to leave! yippi kayay mofos! that's all i had to say. i miss my coop kids alreddy :'( bye bye microsoft! or c u l8r maybe?! |

| August 26, 2001 i just got back from the office - loser! i actually dragged the boss into work on a sunday! anyway, stupid report is finally done with a surprise ending, much like a cheap horror movie. speaking of cheap horror movies - Evil Dead 2, HAAAAAA! a must rent (while stoned that is).. sailing on friday was "swell"(bad, bad humour), but honestly abslutely amazing. lake ON is wayyy big dudes! slept til 3 on saturday and probably could have slept more. i wow even myself. now consider myself easily THE heavyweight contender for the sleeping olympics. got up to bike along the lakeshore and hit up... the beaches! ok, so i go there often what, WHAT? (haha, me and 'cah's inside joke will never die) Rushed home only 12 mins behind schedule, delayed mainly by a swarm of bees - tip of the day: bees like mickey dees! booted to inthida's for our girls night klubbing at this is london. nice shishi club; sushi and fresh fruit everywhere (to compliment the 'fresh meat' everywhere perhaps?). had a *few* shooters and danced lots. inthida is the cutest thing ever. probably be a busy week at work, but WHO CARES! ITS MY LAST COOP WEEK EVER!!! WOOOOOHOOOO!!! |

| August 22, 2001 i guess i'll jump in the band wagon and say that i'm getting sorta sad at the end of this term. ok. enuf of that for right now. saw american pie 2. sooo funny! i'm also soooo immature - possible correlation? hmmm... also had sushi (thx ma!) and went to demetres. YUM! not quite BnRs but i love ALL that good schtuff. paying for the sugar intake today tho, have a migraine from hell. must learn to control this bad bad habit. been a slow couple of days. not much to say... other than: HAPPY BELATED BDAY INGRID!!!!!!!!! I MISS U! ahhh... all the overseas friends are coming home to mama. can't wait to see you all. |

| August 18, 2001 biked the dvp trails yesterday. nice paved terrain, especially in the dark! except for the smell of the don river and the lake which smells like ASS. all that lack of sleep during the week has made me sleep in til like 3 this afternoon. ahh, it feels great. i've been the biggest loser all week with work. this SORG campaign will be the death of me! i can't believe there's only couple weeks left. not enuf time! i think i will just delegate like hell to my replacement. its the only way! props to steve who does the 24 hours of adrenaline today. goodluckdude! |

| August 16, 2001 just got back from shakespeare in the park. great show, thx to roo, tanni and robin for the wine and snax! took the long route thru bloor west village... love that place. i think if i HAD to stay in Tdot that would be a big consideration. i never mentioned the musical genius at the cottage last weekend. payton was so amazing on the violin. i remember lying out watching the stars (also spying on the hoppin party across the lake thru the telescope! hehe) and thinking that the violin, trumpet and geetar were like the soundtrack to a movie i was in. it was a very magical experience! speaking of movies, i was told i looked like this movie star (HA!!!!) at lunch (Barbizon - YUM!)today which is the nicest compliment i've ever gotten :) aside from "if you could have any famous person play you in a movie? CHYNA for sure!", which is what our riverguide said about me (wayyy more accurate than thandie in any case). |

| August 13, 2001 cottage this weekend and had an amazing time. dave bruce is my hero for being the coolest host/keg provider/hot chocolate with bailey's maker... dre took me tubing which was super duper fun aside from my bruised chin. we went to wakestock on saturday which was amazing. so many cuties in one place - too bad they were all really young looking. i swear there was a bigger turnout for the bikini competition than the wakeboarding comp. entering scottie and steve into "drunkest people in the history of mankind" contest from their sat night episode. yesterday morning we swam to the little island, once again further than it looked (ottawa river?). had the best surprise yesterday - visit from erica! tan and i hit up taste of the danforth for some sweet assss souvlaki, then went to see the bridget jones diary (quite diff from the book) and then ran into 'cah on the street! we proceeded to furniture shop in the markham st garbage boutique. remy helped us but we had to be careful not to puncture him! they all went out boozin (surprise surprise!) and i had to head home. fun weekend... |

| August 9, 2001 2AM: insomnia lives! last couple days were so hardcore. it started with the radiohead concert on friday - amazing show! respect the band so much, and as becky sez, we fell in love all over again... drove up to pembrooke after the concert once our cars had regrouped (slight gas miscalc!?!) and arrived at esprit at 7:45am with 5 mins to departure for the river! riverboarding was everything i remembered it to be; amazing, exhillarating day on the water. campfire that night was fun and we slept on the beach - beautiful night. sunday we woke up late and decided to swim across the ottawa river (my poor pecs!) then went hiking on the laurentian trails, and rapelled/horseback rode (my poor legs!). got really drunk and did body shots with mel hehe... and crashed (poor tami). slept the whole drive home the next day, poor yola was so hung... had the tastiest flaming cheeze yesterday- YUM!!! today old barber house for team lunch; goat cheeze in phyllo salad, hazelnut chicken - YUM!!! i love food! went up to the loo tonight with my girls to see our sweet missy off before she leaves for calgary (gnocchi at dinner - mmmmm!). we'll miss our missy*! [*note aliteration] |

| July 30, 2001 becky's farm was FUNTASTIC! it really was a farm too, just not a cattle farm. they grow soy, wheat and other cash crops (chickens too!). so no, for those million ppl who were wondering if i went cow tipping, we weren't MEAN! i'll put up a link of the whole event when i get the pix back! hehe... all my poor burn victims... so the cake i made turned out really yucky. left the cake in too long. some ppl at work wouldn't stop raving about the damn thing though although i still think they were feeding me a load of bs. pretty rude though, now the bloodhounds are asking me "when are you making another cake?". dudes, its monday, the last cake was on friday. i have nothing better to do than bake you fools cakes all weekend. and plus, i added 2 new buckets to the candy selection - yay costco! how bout someone bakes ME a fricken cake for once! or even fund my ingredients for the damn cakes i make? ingrates... i dunno why i'm so grouchy. maybe its because i fell on my damn bike this morning. fall #2 with the clipless... too bad it happened at the busiest intersection in the CITY! (hwy 10 and eglington!) i didn't even forget this time, i was just in a bad position to clip out. so laugh all you want people. i'll go nurse my bruised knee now... alrite, enuf crying from me for one lifetime. i'll shaadddap now! hope ur day was better than mine! altho this sugar high from all that candy is kicking in hehehe...! ps: diego ate into pop can at quizno's today... AHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA! made $15 from it too! boys...! haha, too funny...! |
