In south Wales a new and friendly group of teens have rebuilt the circle of arianhod so now it is open to the community once again as a working coven of prctising witches and wiccans of the craft.We are a friendly group of young wiccans wanting to share knowledge. All members of our group are equal and we share the responsobilities of the group. There are no teachers but we share our knowledge. Each participant is as active as the next. We hope for new member's to live near Cross Hands wich is in between Carmathen and Llanelli and we also ask the new member's to be 12-16 years old. The circle of arianhod is a non leader group that welcomes teens around the area of Cross Hands, LLanelli and Carmathen. We share knowledge of subjects that they know of and teach it to the other members of the group if they are interested, such knowledge can be tarot, palm reading, a type of meditation, a myth or ledgend, celtic wisdom, basics of the craft, druidry, the pentacle, tools etc, the list is endless it just depends on what you know. The group are friendly people who get to know there new members as much as they can before they can let a new member meet the egsisting members of the group, so there is no fake's or harm ''doer's''! Each member is responsible of the group. The group however does not do skyclad (naked) events but we do however celebrate Sabbats and sometime Esbats. The group usually take's turns in meeting at a members house or most comonly meet in wood, fields or other such places unfortunatly because of the bad weather the group suggests that you take a rain coat on such meetings. There is no need to take anything else unless requested or you need it in shareing knowledge and other such activities wich will be planned with the group in advance. We do not do unplanned rituals and events. We do not accept alcohol and drugs when with the group and the group ask's for new memmbers of the group to respect other people no matter what their belief is. And on a further note members do not have to do what they do not agree with but if any members cause harm to the group or do not follow the rules (which were above) can be kicked out by the other members disition.
HISTORY: The Circle of Arianhod Started on Samhain (halloween) 1996, with a circle of 4 people. Before the 4 were a circle and were bassed after the celtic goddess of the moon and stars Arianhod, hence the name 'The Circle Of Arianhod'. Now that those 4 members are leaving to go off to collece they still want the life of the circle to live on so they turned the circle into a group for outsiders. On the 1st of August they had their first new member, her name is Crystal and the x-members gave her the duty to do her best for the circle of arianhod to live on. For many days Crystal tried despretly to find other wiccans but there was no hope eventually she placed an add on the witches voice and that's where you come in.
