Present In Absence
Absence, hear thou my protestation Against thy strength,
Distance, and length;
Do what thou canst for alteration:
For hearts of truest mettle
Absence doth join, and
Time doth settle.
Who loves a mistress of such quality,
He soon hath found
Affection's ground
Beyond time, place, and all mortality.
To hearts that cannot vary
Absence is Presence, Time doth tarry.
By absence this good means I gain,
That I can catch her,
Where none can watch her,
In some close corner of my brain:
There I embrace and kiss her;
And so I both enjoy and miss her.

is the meaning of life..
I think that what we're really seeking is the experience of being alive".

Foundations To Build On
"Plans to walk together
Walk a thoughtful pace
No demands, no dishonesty
This journeys not a race
We can take our time
Sometimes building slow
It is with no regrets
It's you I've come to know.
From a gentle handclasp
The building got stronger
The foundation was laid
The smile then stayed longer.
So lets keep loyal hearts
Keep them fond and true
It's a friendship we started
Lets keep building as two.
Roots that would run deep
When the journey did start
I will now keep and nourish
Right here in my heart.
