La casa � una villetta dei primi anni 70, situata proprio a ridosso della chiesa del paese. E' situata tutta su un unico piano, per un totale di circa 100 mq. E' composta da: Ingresso, Sala grande, Soggiorno/cucina, 3 camere e Bagno (con vasca/doccia). La casa � dotata di tre terrazzini (con panorama sull Alpi Apuane) e una piccola resede sul fronte, oltre a un piccolo giardino intorno alla casa. Davanti alla casa c'� un posto auto riservato.
L'importo della locazione include: Acqua, Gas, Elettricit�.
Biancheria: a parte.
Prezzi per una settimana (da sabato ore 16 a sabato ore 10):
Luglio/agosto: euro 350
Maggio/giugno/settembre: euro 300
La casa non � dotata di riscaldamento.
Sconto 10% per periodi superiori a una settimana
Pagamento: euro 60 per settimana alla prenotazione, il resto all'arrivo. |

The house was build in the beginning of the 70ies. It is situated next to the village's church. It is a one-floor house, and it is 100 sq. m. large. There are a hall, a living room, a dining room, a little kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with bathtub/shower). There are three small terraces (a beautiful panorama of the Alpi Apuane can be seen from one of them), a front patio and a small garden all around the house. A private carplace is in front of the house.
Rental includes: Water, gas, electricity
Bed linen and towels provided at cost.
Weekly Rental Rates:(from saturday 4.00 PM to saturday 10.00 AM):
July/August: euro 350
May/June/September: euro 300
The house is not provided with heating.
Discount 10% for booking of 2 weeks or more.
Payment: euro 60 at reservation, for week of your stay; final balance on arrival. |
