Regional Education - Morgrave University: Gaining +1 bonus on Decipher script and Knowledge (Geography) check rolls but take -1 penalty to Diplomacy and Knowledge (Religion) check rolls. Also starts with -25 gold and one lesser contact in the underworld in Sharn.

Background:
Argwulf is the first of the 7 childrens of a woman, refugee from Cyre, maried with barge captain on Silver Lake. Argwulf was born in Xandrar, 7 months after his mother married the barge captain and there were some gossips about this, but the husband said "It's in my garden, then it's mine!" and he always treated the boy as his son. Argwulf learned since childhood, from his father, that a little smuggling won't hurt anybody. He sailed a while on his father's barge but he didn't like the life on the lake. Beeing smart enough, after he gathered somme money, managed to be accepted at the Morgrave University in Sharn to learn and become an artificier. To pay for his studies he smuggled magic ingredients that he procured underhand from his friends, the smugglers from Xandrar. Now, after he succeded in passing all his exams, he is trying to make a living and fill his empty pockets after paying the taxes at the university. Trough a customer for which he procured smuggled magic ingredients from exotic places, Argwulf managed to be accepted in the lower ranks of House Cannith, southern branch lead by baron Merrix, and he hopes to join Fabricators Guild but for now he is fullfilling only petty jobs. He was sent to work with a team at some urgent repairs in the sewers of Sharn and now he has a few weeks leave. The money he earned, were just enough to pay for his debts and now he doesn't have a dime, so he is waiting for an oportunity to earn some (more or less) honest money.
