Sid is the DJ of the group, he also goes by the name of DJ Starscream. He is the stagediver of the band, and he er.........stagedives. He claims to suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder, so he cant pay attention to much. He is quite a talented DJ, as he shows in the live gigs, as well as in songs like Spit it Out. He originates from Britain,
Sid wears the gas mask.
Sid was born with 6 fingers on each hand, they were amputated at birth.
#1 Joey Jordison
Joey is the band's main drummer. He is the the shortest member of the band. His drumkit contains a sh*tload of drums and cymbols, including 2 bass drums. He is the best drummer in the world, for evidence just listen to songs like Disasterpiece, Prosthetics, Eyeless and Surfacing. He is also in the band Murderdolls, but serves as their guitarist. Joey has a drum kit set on a rotating podium. He mixed the self titled album, and invented the term `maggot` for a Slipknot fan.
He wears an expressionless Japanese Kabuki mask, which he has about 30 of.
No Sullivan Lars f*cking Ulrich is NOT a better drummer than Joey.
#2 Paul Gray
Paul is the band's bassist, and is the co-founder of the band, along with Shawn `Clown` Crahan.
Paul is half black.
Unlike the rest of the band, Paul was not born in Des Moines. Instead, he was born in Los Angeles, and moved to Des Moines when he was young.
He writes some of the songs.
Paul wears a beaver mask, as shown in the picture, but sometimes he wears a pig maskl.
#3 Chris Fehn
Chris is one of the band's custom percussionists. He plays a variety of drums, such as steel drums, and bass drums turned on their sides.
He and Shawn's drums have built in podiums that can rise and shake, giving an extra kick to the shows.
He wears a `dicknose` mask, it is a type of bondage mask, and has an 8.5 inch nose, which he sometimes jacks off, like in videos of Spit it Out.
He can be seen headbanging in the video of Left Behind.
#4 Jim Root
Jim is one of the band's guitarists, and was the last member to join the band, replacing Josh. He can be seen on the inlays of the self titled album wearing Josh's mask.
Jim is the tallest member of the band, not Mick.
He wears a jester mask, as he says it reflects on his humorous but sometimes evil perosnality.
He, along with Corey, are members of Stone Sour.
#5 Craig Jones
Craig is the band's media and sampler guy, not a lot of know of him.
He does the bit in the track 742617000027.
He is a computer genius bloke thingy.... his nickname is 133Mhz as that was the top speed of computers when he got the nickname.
He wears a diving mask with nails sticking out from random places.
He likes to leave shows early to maintain his anonymity.
#6 Shawn Crahan
Co-founder of the band along with Paul.
He is the band nutter, and has had countless injuries in the past from antics on stage.
He is the band's other custom percussionist.
He wears the famous clown mask.
He is father to 3 kids!
Before he was in the band, he used to be a welder, and has welded together his own titanium drum kit.
#7 Mick Thompson
He is the band's other guitarist.
He is very tall, 2nd tallest in the band.
He has a fascination with serial kilers, and cats(serious).
He has a guitar shop in Des Moines, Iowa, and runs a guitar school.
He wears a leather hockey mask, although it has metallic effects added to it to give it metallic effects.
#8 Corey Taylor
He is the vocallist of the band, and a damn good one.
His different voices include singing, screaming, fast talking, slow talking, raspy screaming, crazy screaming.
He wears a leather scarecrow mask, and the dreaklocks are made from his own hair.
He, along with Jim, are members of Stone Sour.
