The only problems was she was TOO powerful (once they "awakened" her talents), so they (thought they) destroyed her before making number 999. She had only one flaw - the IC could not control her. They put the newly-born baby in the garbage disposal, to be destroyed, but the night janitor found her and brought her to an adoption agency. She was adopted and brought to the high-gravity colony planet of Teratra, and when she grew up, she moved to Quenton to get a collage education, and entered the army. She became a lieutenat by the time the IC found her (she was stopping an insane andriod and was hospitalized, where, upon doing a DNA test, they discovered that she was IC), and managed to escape after a few toturous years. | |||||
