| was formed in 2001 when Ralph Lopez (lead/rythm guitar, lead vocals) and Danny Avila (Drums, backing vocals) teamed up with former bass player. After his departure, guitarist Joe Guevara (bass) joined in late 2004 and quickly adapted to playing bass. All three members have over 10 years of playing experience in various bands. LUNCH is a high energy rock/punk/alternative mix with a bit of Southern rock thrown in here and there. Influences include anywhere from Black Sabbath, Nirvana, Megadeth, Ozzy Osbourne and Metallica. All three members contribute to the songwriting process with topics including television, obsession, and heartbreak and of course drinking! A well established rythm section complimented by amazing lead and rythm guitar riffs create a unique sound combining several different styles. |
