Basically, any information you send me... you agree to let me use and post on this site for the benefit of anyone trying to make a movie.

If you send me information about yourself, I will not post or sell that information to any third parties and I have no interest or intention of giving names to bulk e-mail sales-jerks. I will only post personal information on this site if consent is given and if it is relevant to filmmaking or sound design.

I will only give up information if the law requires me to by court order or by any other horrible means such as that. I'm sure you guys are all cool but there's no way I'm going to jail because some law-breaker likes my site and wants me to keep quiet.

Donations are made out of the kindness and goodness of your heart and are graciously accepted. I am continuously updating and working to make my website and services better and I can tell you that all money donated to my website will be pooled and used to create better movies and productions through equipment upgrades, larger production budgets, and more.
