SLOPPY KEV'S
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tab. Worchestershire Sauce� (opt)
1 medium onion chopped. (opt)
* Fry beef completely, drain.
* Add remaining ingredients.
* Simmer 10 minutes.
* Serve over burger buns.

0-FAT CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
3 cups canned fat-free chicken broth
1 1/2 cups fat free evaporated milk
1 10oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 medium potato, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup celery
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
* Mix all ingredients in large saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.
* Stir occasionally.
* Cover and reduce heat.
* Simmer 30 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
* Put in blender and process until smooth.

RINGER - DINGERS
3 large Tomatoes
12 preheated frozen onion rings
mozzerella cheese (grated)
* Slice tomatoes into fairly thick slices, then lay them on a cookie sheet.
* Place a pre-cooked onion ring on top of each tomato slice.
* Sprinkle cheese over onion rings, and place cookie sheet in the oven, on broil.
* Broil 2-3 minutes.

MEATCAKES
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 onions
salt and pepper to taste
beef gravy
butter
* Quarter onions and brown them in butter.
* Set onions aside.
* Mix beef, bread crumbs and egg, then form into patties. (They should be bigger than a meatball but smaller then a hamburger.)
* Pan fry.
* Remove from pan.
* Return onions to pan, with a "LITTLE" water.
* Add beef gravy.
* Return patties to pan.
* Heat together.

AMBROSIA
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
15 oz. can fruit cocktail (drained)
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 small �container sour cream
coconut.(opt)
* Mix together, all ingredients.
* Chill. (Better if chilled over night)

ZEPPOLES
1 loaf frozen bread dough
flour
powdered sugar
Deep Fat fryer
Brown Paper bag
* Let frozen bread dough thaw in greased container, in warm place, overnight.
* Sprinkle flour on counter.
* Knead dough lightly.
* Set aside, let rise about 1 hour.
* Pull golf ball size hunks off and place in hot oil.
* Cook until golden brown.
* Put powered sugar in paper bag.
* When dough is browned, remove and
immediatle place in the bag.
* Give it a shake.
* Serve warm.

MC' IRISH SODA BREAD
4 cups flour
3 Tab. sugar
1 Tab. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 Tab. butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
* Preheat oven to 350�.
* Grease 2 qt. round casserole dish.
* Place the flour and next 4 ingredients, in a large bowl and mix with a fork.
* Cut in butter until mixture resembles
course crumbs.
* Stir in raisins.
* In small bowl beat eggs slightly, with a fork.
* Remove 1 Tab. of the egg mixture, and save for later.
* Stir buttermilk into remaiing eggs.
* Stir in flour mixture, until the mix is moistened. (dough will be sticky)
* Knead dough about 10 times on floured surface.
* Shape into a ball.
* Place in greased casserole dish.
* Brush top with remaining egg.
* Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
* Cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.
* Remove and cool completely.

SCALLOPED POTATOES
1 medium onion, chopped
butter or margarine
6 medium potatoes (par-boiled)
2 Tab. flour
2 1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup grated cheddar or sharp cheese (optional)
* Preheat oven to 350�.
* Fry onion, slightly, in butter.
* Peel and slice potatoes, or leave the skin on, depending on your taste.
* Place 1/4 potatoes in bottom of 2 qt. baking dish.
* Add one fourth each; onion, butter, flour,
salt and pepper, and cheese if you choose.
* Repeat layers.
* Pour milk over top.
* Cover with lid and bake for 1 hour or until top is bubbly.
* Remove lid and return to oven for 15 minutes.

EASY-CHEESY-TOMATO-TATERS
4 medium potaotes,�sliced 1/4" thick
4 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
4 medium onions, sliced 1/4" thick
margarine
Velveeta Cheese�
* In microwavable dish (13x9x2 or smaller), stack potato, tomato, and onions, vertically.
* Repeat.
* Dot margarine on top, cover with plastic wrap.
* Microwave for 15 minutes or until potatoes are almost done.
* Dot with Velveeta� (a little or alot. but use generously).
* Put back in microwave (covered) for about 5 minutes.
"These were originally called orgasmic potatoes. A recipe that was put
together by several women after a night on the town."

MOM'S MC' BEEF BRISKET
1 medium beef brisket...(not corned)
2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 medium onion
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
* Preheat oven to 325�.
* Place brisket in roasting pan, sprinkle with garlic.
* Quarter onions, place around brisket.
* In seperate bowl, mix together
remaining ingredients.
* Pour over brisket.
* Cover and bake 3 to 4 hours.
