        Michael Cuccione was born January 5th 1985 in Burnaby,Canada. When Michael was 9 years old he was saved from nearly drowning from his friend. Michael said he was real weak so his Mom took him to the hospital to get a check up. Soon after, a doctor dropped the bad news that Michael might have a form of Cancer. After many tests Michael was diagnosed with a  Cancer called Hodgkin's Disease. This is a cancer that attacks the Lymph Glands and can be deadly if not treated in time. Lucky for Michael, the cancer is easily treated. He would have to undergo Chemotherapy and Radiation Treatment. Just when Michael and his family had gotten used to Michael being Cancer Free, Doctors anounced that it had come back for a second time. He had to go through more chemo. and radiation even worse then before to fight off this disease. During his time in the hospital Michael wrote up songs to help him get through it all. The songs soon were put into a 5 track CD/cassette and sold all around Canada to help people who needed some support. Luckily, Michael beat his Cancer once again and will be Cancer free for 5 years in June 2000. Though he is only in remission (meaning it could come back anytime) and there is no cure for Cancer, Michael has a dream to find a cure for Cancer so the suffering can end.

He has raised thousands of dollars with the Michael Cuccione Foundation with his Cd, Book, and Donations. He believes, together we CAN make a difference and so do I so I have made this site especially for Michael to show my thanx.

Luna's Message

He has inspired me so much and has made me value life more. Michael is a great role model for all ages and has especially attracted the attention of teens around America with his latest Movie, "2gether" where he plays the "cute one" Jason 'QT' McKnight. Never has anyone affected me so much and there aren't enough words to explain the way I feel about Michael and his mission. I have decided to go into the career of Oncology(Cancer Doctor) So that I can help out those who especially need the help. I believe that EVERY life is worth living and I hope that a cure for Cancer will be found in my life time. This is all JUST a summary of everything. continue to search the site for more stuff.
