The tradition at First Baptist High School was to get your senior portraits taken with this guy who uses an all-white background.(woo) I wanted to see what I looked like with my wings(which oddly enough, I'm not wearing in the photo). Not exactly sure why I chose the earth as the background. I think I wanted soemthing that wouldn't be distracting.
My complaints are the wings and the shadows. I think I should have stuck to my usual sketch of the wings and not the wings themselves. It wasn't a good scan and, again, harsh cutout. And I think I simply deleted all the white from the original background and forgot about the shadows. Just makes it look awkward. |
