"I'm Chinese!" This is what Abie always stresses whenever she is improperly branded as Intsik, the Filipino derogatory term for the Chinese. It's one of the many things she won't let pass, for she takes pride in being pure Chinese. Thus, her race is an elemental aspect of her personality.
Abie is known for her sunshine smile, one that extends from ear to ear and reduces whatever eyes she has into minute slits of black atop her (rosy?) cheekbones.
This short Intsik, or rather, vertically (and horizontally?) challenged gal also shares a special relationship with our Divine Creator. She is an active church member, a choir guitarist and singer, and a very knowledgeable source when it comes to Bible verses.
