Replacing the MS-07B Gouf as the main combat unit during the One Year War, the Dom was a great improvement over previous units. Equipped with hover technology, the Dom was able to move at incredible speeds over any terrain. The first Dom units where given to the legendary Black Tri Stars who tried to remove the threat of the White Base but were destroyed by the RX-78-2 Gundam. Despite this loss, the Dom remained the main combat unit in the One Year War.
