A follower of the war god Jannod. Though a war priest is usually encouraged to participate in conflict, Jannod has forbidden all priests from fighting the Chaotics. Tobias challenged Jannod's judgement and wondered why the priests would not join the war. Jannod would not explain his reasons, and punished Tobias for his defiance.
Instead of accepting his punishment and going back to his training, Tobias decided to leave the priesthood and go on a search for the reasons behind his god's actions. On his way to the kingdom of Agamar he meets up with Vlad and Minos. As a priest he had read of the Dragon prophecy, seeing Vlad's eye he knew immediately where he needed to be. What better way to seek the answers concerning this war than to be a part of history taking place. He agreed to join Vlad on his journeys.
As a war priest Tobias is skilled in battle and has a good amount of magical abilities. Since he is a priest he cannot use his magic for offensive purposes but can enhance another's fighting ability. Tobias has a strong sense of honor and duty and views battle as the ultimate experience. He has abandoned all of life's pursuits to devote himself to the study of warfare and the improval of his fighting skills. By traveling with Vlad he hopes to answer some of the questions of the world and to see history unfold firsthand. The ultimate sacrifice for a war priest is to die for something grand, and he would do just that for Vlad.
