A captain in the Agamarian Army and the son of Sir Minos Jamiro. After hearing of his father's departure from Chandrille, Kiev led his mother, brother, and sister out of harm's way. Eventually ending up in the kingdom of Agamar, they began life anew, hoping one day that they would see Minos again. Ironic that they were less than twenty miles apart for fourteen years.
Kiev joined the Army to earn enough money for his family. Through several years of service he eventually rose to the rank of Captain. Though he does not figure much in the journey of Vlad and the Guardians. Kiev fought in the final battle at Chandrille and was eventually reunited with his father.
