| I found "Precision Crap
Dealing" to be very thorough and complete, while still being
readable. Your many years of experience give not only the technical aspect
of dealing, but also the "people" aspect which is so critical in
any service industry. As you know, I taught dealing for over five years. I
used a very dry and tired manual that offered very little insight. I would
have welcomed your effort as a teaching tool. I would highly recommend
your book, not only for the novice, but also for the more experienced
dealer looking to improve his game or re-motivate himself!

...One thing that really impressed me about this book was the clickable table of contents. I was easily able to pull up Adobe and click on any chapter at anytime. I sat down and tried to think of a way to find something the author didn't cover but even the most mundane thing such as customer service to prop action bets with keys and everything was easy to find and again clickable. I can't get over how easy this book was to read and use as a training manual. "This is an excellent purchase for anyone in the business and I personally would recommend this to all my web users!!!"
